La Toile Maison – Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT
All goods purchased must be paid in full. A 20% deposit option is available to be paid on the day of purchase with the 80% balance to be paid within 12 weeks from the date of deposit. All goods remain the property of La Toile Maison until the invoice has been paid in full. No refunds of deposits will be given if the 12 week payment period expires and the remaining balance has not been paid.

DELIVERY
No goods will be released for delivery/collection until full payment has been received.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Where goods are to be specially imported for a buyer, no cancellations are accepted after 14 days of the order. Goods must be paid for in full.

RETURNS POLICY
All item as sold as seen and we regret that they cannot be exchanged after payment has been received. Therefore please ensure that you are happy with what you select.

Many of our products are handmade and consequently have minor variations, which are an intrinsic part of their charm. These are not defects and therefore such complaints will not be accepted.

La Toile Maison must be informed within 24 hours of any damages upon delivery. We will require photographic evidence in order to process any claim. We recommend that all cartons are counted and inspected on delivery. Mirrored furniture, glass or ceramic items must be inspected immediately as no subsequent claims for breakages will be accepted. Any damage must be reported whilst the driver is still present.

All our chandeliers are supplied in as seen condition and will require some assembly. Full instructions are provided with the item.
